  Vaccine Preservative's Effects May Have Been Known

For decades, half of all childhood vaccines contained a chemical preservative called thimerosal. It is made from mercury, one of the most poisonous substances on Earth. News 8 has spent the past three months investigating claims that government regulators and some pharmaceutical companies knew of the dangers, but never told the public.

From the outset, it must be stressed that this report is not anti-vaccination. Every person interviewed for this story believes in the importance of having children immunized. Rather, the focus is on the possible link between thimerosal and neurological disorders. Before the 1990s, 1 in 10,000 children were diagnosed with autism. But in the past decade, as the government has increased the number of mandatory vaccines, some recent studies suggest the rate of autism has risen to 1 in about 250 children.

So how much mercury are we talking about?  Approximately 12 out of the 18 vaccine doses the average American child receives before the age of two contain thimerosal. Cumulatively, that's more than 200 micrograms of mercury, which would fit on the head of a pin. According to the EPA, dropping that pin-head of mercury into 23 gallons of water would make it unsafe for human consumption. "Think about the idea of injecting your own child with levels of mercury that are thirty to forty times what's considered safe for an adult," Dallas attorney Andy Waters said. "And, I think if any human being thinks about that very long, they recognize that this is something that never should have happened."

Dr. Boyd Haley is the Chairman of the Chemistry Department at the University of Kentucky. He's one of the nation's leading experts on mercury poisoning and has studied thimerosal In vaccines.  Thimerosal "is one of the most toxic compounds I know of," Haley said. "I can't think of anything that I know of is more lethal."  Two years ago, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention conducted a study, which showed that three-month-old babies exposed to just 63 micrograms of mercury - less than half of the aforementioned pin top - were two-and-a-half times more likely to develop autism.  The study is stamped "Confidential" and "Do Not Copy or Release."

Siegel says it was never made public because it was just a draft. "Until they're final, and are ready for publication, they're always considered a draft, not to be widely distributed," Siegel said. "This preliminary information could be distributed, and that could do harm."  So why was it marked 'Confidential, Do Not Release', rather than a
> simple 'Draft'?

Subsequently, the CDC did release a report to the public, but the findings were much different. The new study was amended with different data which lowered the autism rate.  Dr. Sidney Baker has reviewed both reports. Baker has authored six medical books, and written scores of articles on childhood behavior and autism.

Baker is critical of the CDC study. "I can't imagine that smart people could possibly have re-arranged the data the way they were done, and represented the data the way they were done, without doing it on purpose and with the express purpose, as you
say, of a coverup," Baker said.

Baker treats hundreds of autistic patients each year from around the country. He suspects that about half of the children he sees have been affected by thimerosal from their vaccines. Baker said the CDC's refusal to release raw data from the study for
outside experts to evaluate - a standard protocol in medical research - is helping to fuel the controversy.

Under pressure from the American Academy of Pediatrics and the CDC, pharmaceutical companies agreed to stop manufacturing vaccines containing thimerosal in March 2001. But while production may have ceased, vaccine vials already containing Thimerosal were not recalled.

A very simple solution for parents worried about upcoming shots for children is to ask your doctor ahead of time for thimerosal-free vaccines.

SEVERAL POINTS ON THIS REPORT:
1. THIMEROSAL is a euphemism for ETHYL MERCURY, a deadly poison that
effects the nervous system. At least one Pediatrician using the vaccines on infants didn't even believe it was in them, he stood up and said so publicly during a hearing on the subject. [WOW! did he get a wakeup call!! see Stephanie Cave MD report on autism] -The pediatrician couldn't believe the FDA would allow such a poison to be put into a vaccine. Therein lie two keys for any intelligent investigative reporter: A. It makes clear how the criminals at the CDC, NIH and FDA do the bidding of the drug and chemical industries. B. It makes VERY clear, the fact that no group of professionals, MDs included, can be trusted -

The actions of ANY special interest group having effects on the public and using public monies must be monitored and no one with a vested interest should EVER be allowed to assume a position of authority in such matters.

1. The public must be educated to the fact that Medical Doctors now represent the most dangerous threat to the public health in existence and that is one of the easiest charges against orthodox medicine to prove - the evidence supporting the charge is overwhelming.  All doctors must be restricted to ADVISORY positions only. 

2. Medical quacks first began to put the deadly poison, ETHYL MERCURY, in vaccines in 1928. Long before that, the dental quacks were putting it in your fillings. The cleverly devised EUPHEMISM for ETHYL MERCURY [thimerosal] did its job.

3. The white collar criminals at the CDC receive their directions from the vaccine manufacturers. There is absolutely no other explanation for their actions. Any decent, law abiding, conscientious person in their right mind who even SUSPECTED that infants and children were being endangered by ANYTHING would SOUND OFF WITH A SIGNAL SO LOUD THAT IT WOULD BE HEARD AROUND THE WORLD!!! Not so with the white collar criminals at the CDC who receive their instructions from the vaccine makers!! - not even in the face of the increase in AUTISM by 300%-500% per year for God's sake!! [can any sane, reasonable person acquainted with the demonstrable facts in this case believe that?] HELLOOOOO!!! out there!!! If you're offended by my language you're brain dead!! Especially if you have a child under ten who has been vaccinated in the last ten years!

4. Newborn babies are ALSO being vaccinated to "protect" them from a disease caused by street drugs suffered by adult dope addicts [hep B]  -THIS IS INSANITY - THIS IS WHAT CONSENSUS DRIVEN SCIENCE GIVES YOU!!THIS IS NOT GOOD MEDICINE - IT IS A CAPITAL CRIME - IT IS EQUIVALENT TO MURDER!! It can only be profit motivated - a reasonable man exercising common sense could simply find no other reasonable excuse for the coverup.

No halfway intelligent investigator would ever blame the dope addict disease on a virus - this is exactly like the gross errors made by the same type of medical quacks in the AIDS and SMON epidemics - the "virus hunters" - blaming diseases caused by environmental poisons on fictitious viruses.

5. I wonder who all the people were that were interviewed by Valeri Williams who were not against vaccinations? They're all brain dead when it comes to vaccination - one thing is certain, they don't know the history of vaccination!

6. The reporter is probably biased herself and probably approaches the entire subject from that a biased point of view.

7. Let's get after the vaccine makers in the DRUG and CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES - put them on trial with their co-conspirators in the CDC, NIH and FDA and put them all away for a long long time for what they have done to our innocent children. Let's do to them what our socialist government did to the TOBACCO INDUSTRY and the AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURERS!! Now's the time - the issue is clear - Get on the phone to your representatives - start calling and writing now!!
NO MORE COMPULSORY VACCINATIONS. This is not just a drive to get rid of vaccines or to make "safe vaccines" [there is no such thing] this is a drive to get rid of the MANDATE - because if you're crazy enough to want a vaccine, you should have the right to it. It's not for others to make up YOUR mind on the subject. Let's change the direction of this drug oriented culture - we might not get another chance to do so in our lifetime!--DHD Sr
